His eyebrows knit together uncertainly and he gives Ouma a quiet, questioning look across the table. Was that all meant to just...get the possibility dismissed quickly and the subject diverted? Surely Ouma knows no one would believe something like that coming from him, so...was that help, in Ouma's weird way? Shuichi would like to think so. But it feels depressingly just as possible that Ouma had been trying to trip him up, either to see if he'd let anything slip or just to watch him get flustered.
